Tell Us What's Wrong

Once the form lands, someone on our end reads it within minutes during business hours and calls to confirm details rather than leaving you guessing. Call it in instead and we ask the same questions on the spot: what the chimney is doing, when you noticed it, and whether you need a sweep, an inspection, or a repair crew. Scheduling in San Marino usually lands an appointment within a day or two, sooner if water is actively getting in or a sale is closing on a deadline. Have your address, the chimney's rough age, and any photos of the issue ready before you call, it moves the appointment faster.
